If you know that you have been reported to ChexSystems^SM, we will require you to resolve outstanding deficient balances of $1,000.00 or more.

Becoming a member and opening a New Start Checking account is a quick and easy process… all you have to do is deposit $20.00 into a savings account and $20.00 into your new checking account. We will also need your proof of employment and recent pay stub to open your account.

Once a member with a New Start Checking account, you can access your money through ATMs and other electronic systems using your new Visa^® check card.

Plus after twelve consecutive months of maintaining your New Start Checking account in good standing, with less than three unpaid non-sufficient funds against your account, you become eligible to upgrade to a One Checking account!

There are a few other rules, restrictions and fees that apply.

1. Limited daily account withdrawals of $100.00
2. Limited $100.00 immediate ATM deposit availability
3. Three day deposit hold on all checks
4. A monthly $19.50 fee will be assessed until 12 consecutive months have passed with no more than three unpaid non-sufficient funds against the account
5. Account is subject to excessive usage and abuse fees
