If you know that you have been reported to ChexSystemsSM, we will require you to resolve outstanding deficient balances of $1,000.00 or more.
Becoming a member and opening a New Start Checking account is a quick and easy process… all you have to do is deposit $20.00 into a savings account and $20.00 into your new checking account. We will also need your proof of employment and recent pay stub to open your account.
Once a member with a New Start Checking account, you can access your money through ATMs and other electronic systems using your new Visa® check card.
Plus after twelve consecutive months of maintaining your New Start Checking account in good standing, with less than three unpaid non-sufficient funds against your account, you become eligible to upgrade to a One Checking account!
There are a few other rules, restrictions and fees that apply.
