If you are interested in applying for a New Start Checking Account, first find out if you meet the requirements for eligibility to join One Nevada Credit Union. One requirement for New Start Checking is to start direct deposit.

Reasons you can benefit from direct deposit:

  • You get your money faster even when you’re not in the office on payday. While your friends are waiting in line at the bank to cash their checks, your money’s already in your account and can be accessed by using your Visa® check card.
  • You get more from your paycheck. Ever had to pay 3% or more to cash a check? Not anymore. Direct deposit is free when you have a New Start Checking Account.
  • It’s safer. Millions of paychecks are lost or stolen each year. With direct deposit, your pay is securely and immediately available to you 24 hours a day.
